Upon leaving Roehampton University with a BA in Theatre and Dance, I started writing; producing and directing shows for the fringe circuit. “Ouch” and “Fantasy” were premiered at Edinburgh before their run in London. The key emphasis of the shows was to challenge peoples common beliefs and complacencies tackling current social issues, these principles remain today as my main focus and artistic policy as a filmmaker
“Damsel”
Selected for The Commonwealth film festival in Manchester’s famous
Corner House cinema.
“Bereavement”
Selected for Cannes Short Film Corner which had a full house and went on to win (Best Dramatic Performance) at the End of The Pier International film festival.
“My Beauty”
My first 8mm film was selected by the straight 8 film adjudicators for a screening at the Curzon Cinema in the West End of London.
“Blinded”
Selected and nominated for (Best Dramatic Performance)
at the End of The Pier International film festival.
“Colours of India”
Selected and nominated for (best Documentary)
at the End of The Pier International film festival.
As well as filming dramas, documentaries and comedy, I keep busy producing and directing films for large organisations such as: -
